Entry-Level Assembler Opportunity

No experience? No problem. Twin City Staffing is hiring entry-level assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in the Cambridge area. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity to start a long-term career. Location: Cambridge, MN Wage: $18.00/hr. – 1st Shift | $19.00/hr. – 2nd Shift Hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday

Occasional Friday overtime available

Duties of the entry-level assembler:

• Assemble wood products using blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand tools, hammers, nail guns, and measuring tools
• Measure, cut, and align materials accurately
• Move materials throughout the production facility
• Perfect for recent high school graduates, entry-level job seekers, and anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing

Requirements of the entry-level assembler:

• Bring your own hammer
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
• Ability to read a tape measure
