Job Overview Bloomingdale's Fine Jewelry Sales Professional’s primary role is to guide and inspire our customers, creating a creative and engaging experience both in‑store and online. The role focuses on delivering the Bloomingdale's customer experience through conversation, building and cultivating long‑term client relationships, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. Sales Professionals are responsible for actively circulating the sales floor, determining customer needs, sharing the benefits of our Loyalty programs, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish while maintaining operational excellence through the store’s fulfillment system, merchandising standards, and "Do It Right" Asset Protection Standards.
