$1,000.00 Sign On Bonus Available! JCC Greater Boston, a nonprofit organization committed to creating a vibrant and inclusive community, is seeking a Floater Teacher to join our team. The Floater Teacher will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the organization's Godine Early Learning Center in Newton MA and assist with a comprehensive curriculum focused on our children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will do innovative teaching in a family-friendly environment with excellent indoor and outdoor spaces. This posting is for a full‑time 12‑month, salaried Certified Floater Teacher. The starting pay for this position is a salary range of $47,944 -$58,136.00 pro rata (based on rate range of $23.05 to $27.95*** for highly qualified, certified, degreed candidates ). The salary offered will ultimately be determined by relevant qualifications, experience, and JCC's internal equity. EEC certified preferred (willing to become certified shortly upon hiring).
