The Opportunity

The Work Itself

Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications using Java and modern cloud-native architecture.

Contribute to frontend development including support for user-facing features and full-stack solutions when needed.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable software designs and implementation plans, provide estimates and communicate tradeoffs and risks clearly.

Write clean, reusable, secure, and high-quality code that aligns with engineering standards and best practices. Address vulnerabilities on regular bases and always on a look for opportunities of enhancements.

Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making across projects.

Demonstrate ownership of deliverables from design through deployment and production support.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and agents to improve engineering productivity, accelerate delivery, enhance code quality, and support activities such as code generation, refactoring, test creation, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Evaluate and apply AI-assisted development practices responsibly, including validating outputs, maintaining code quality, and ensuring alignment with security and engineering standards.

Perform code reviews, promote excellence in engineering, and help raise the technical capabilities of the team.

Provide informal technical leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and guidance on design and implementation approaches.

Participate in and help lead agile ceremonies and technical sessions, including sprint planning, design reviews, backlog refinement, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Support automated testing, continuous integration, and CD practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Base Pay Range: $85000 - $150000 USD An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
