Stand-Up Forklift Operator Job Details

Current Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
B Shift Beginning in October: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $21hr

Overtime possible and mandatory based on business needs
MUST HAVE STAND-UP FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE

Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements

1–2 years of warehouse experience required
Previous stand-up forklift experience required
Experience operating Raymond, Crown, or similar stand-up forklifts
Steel-toe safety shoes required on Day 1

About the Stand-Up Forklift Operator Role

As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating stand-up forklifts, including Raymond, Crown, or similar equipment, to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
Accurately picking and putting away materials in designated warehouse locations
Transporting, storing, and retrieving parts, products, and supplies
Identifying, sorting, stacking, and locating materials throughout the facility
Auditing materials and inventory to maintain accuracy
Using computers and RF scanners to process and track warehouse transactions
Supporting department operations by ensuring materials are moved efficiently and accurately
Following all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Performing required equipment and safety checks
Participating in team and safety meetings
Communicating inventory, equipment, or operational concerns to appropriate team members
Working collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals
Completing additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned
