Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of General Production Worker on the 3rd shift, scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM. This position involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Pack and handle parts carefully, ensuring no tossing, throwing, or dropping.
• Utilize a pressurized blaster effectively.
• Perform basic math operations and apply them in the work environment.
• Maintain high attention to detail as parts can be highly valuable.
• Work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
• Inspect parts for quality assurance.
• Utilize hand tools for various tasks.

• Experience in production, masking, sanding, and blasting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

• Experience in aerospace production is advantageous.
• Familiarity with inspection and quality control processes.

The work environment includes exposure to fumes from paint booths and chemical lines, as well as significant noise from machinery. Workers must be able to communicate over the noise and adapt to varying temperatures, as the buildings are not insulated. While a casual dress code is acceptable, sleeveless shirts and tank tops are not allowed, and closed-toe shoes are required. Construction-style footwear is preferred for those in Racking.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $21.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
