What you will be doing:
In this position you will work with the Health Program Manager II to manage the application review and eligibility determination procedures of the General Relief Program. This includes reviewing applications for services eligibility determinations and invoice processing.

In this role you will be required to supervise two Senior Service Technicians and collaborate with a Health Program Manager I who liaises with service providers. You will work closely with other members in both the Division and the Department of Health.

There may be an opportunity for a hybrid telework schedule once the probation period has passed.

Educationin a biological health or behavioral science; public healthcare or business administration; data management or a closely related field;

Progressively responsible paraprofessional experience supporting a health and social service program and delivery system; applying requisite rules regulations and terminology used in the work; completing medical billing medical claims medical transcriptions and/or medical coding; and/or using computer applications databases and reporting systems required to process store and maintain data and information subject to privacy and confidentiality laws and rules.
