Phlebotomist - per diem

All Sites:Reception and Telephone duties & proficient operation laboratory equipment including HIS/LIS systems; specimen handling:receiving and processing; prep & shipping of lab specimens for at Reference Laboratories; specimen/patient registration; phlebotomy - collection of blood samples by venipuncture or capillary stick; therapeutic blood collection; swab collection of specific Micro samples (per competency); assignment to OP Lab locations; training new staff as assigned. Required Qualifications: Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification 6 months Direct experience as a phlebotomist and/or completion of a Phlebotomy program. Preferred Qualifications: Coursework/Training Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy training Program/Course approved by WA State. Why Join Providence?
