Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Greensboro, NC 27410 Requisition Number: 227753 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Your primary role will be to drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products for an existing customer base. This fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position requires a strong customer‑service focus and the ability to meet physical demands. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Training & Compensation Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.04/hour until assigned a route. Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route. Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek, with no nights or weekends. Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Skills & Qualifications Required: Active driver's license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification (for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.). Documentation regarding prior employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork skills to meet goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
