Role Responsibilities:

As an Physical Therapist Assistant at Greenfield, you will:

• Provide prescribed occupational therapy services to patients.
• Aid in developing adaptive skills and performance capacities in individuals of all ages who have physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairment.
• Maximize independence and prevent further disability, as well as maintain health.
• Ensure that occupational therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Physical Therapy Assistant in the state in which practicing.

Join our team , resident care matters and staff helps. Edgewood is a family oriented facility with ties to the community we look forward to hearing from someone that cares. You would be responsible to assists physical therapist and/or occupational therapist in providing therapeutic intervention to return patient to maximal level of functioning. Maintains clean and safe environment within department to assist in efficient operations.
