PDS Tech is currently seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a major retail distribution operation in California. This is an excellent opportunity for maintenance professionals looking to build their skills in a fast-paced distribution environment while working on conveyors, material handling equipment, and facility support systems. What You'll Do • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor and material handling equipment.• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment failures.• Support motors, rollers, bearings, chains, and related systems.• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities.• Assist with equipment installations, repairs, and reliability improvements.• Maintain work orders and maintenance documentation.• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards. What We're Looking For • Maintenance experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution centers, logistics operations, or industrial environments.• Experience using hand tools and power tools.• Mechanical troubleshooting experience.• Preventive maintenance experience preferred.• Experience with conveyors, motors, bearings, rollers, chains, or material handling equipment is highly desirable.• Exposure to industrial controls, sensors, VFDs, or PLC-controlled equipment is a plus.• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
