Patient Onboarding & Care Coordination Specialist

Mind Body Optimization is seeking a Patient Onboarding Coordinator in Independence, MO to greet new patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and record accurate data in the EHR. You will handle inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and coordinate with PCCs to ensure a smooth start to care.
