We are a medium-size, Norway-based multinational company listed in Oslo on Euronext Growth, with offices in several countries. We have diligent employees from different backgrounds and more than 25 nationalities, and a growing sales network covering all continents. Our core expertise lies in designing, testing, manufacturing, installing, and operating industrial process installations, used mainly for treating sewage sludge before or after anaerobic digestion in wastewater treatment plants. The technology, known as thermal hydrolysis, reduces greenhouse gas emissions and produces renewable energy, organic fertilizers, and various soil products while destroying pathogens and other harmful substances. Our systems have the capacity to cater to over 120 million individuals across more than 28 countries. We are proud of having cities like Oslo, London, Washington, Singapore, and Sydney among our clients. About the Role As a CFO, you will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, accounting, and financial operations. The role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitable growth, support strategic decision-making, ensure strong financial governance, and optimize business performance. This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, financial leadership, operational understanding, and technical accounting expertise. Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis on profitability, cash flow, and project performance to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and capital planning. Deliver quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting with a strong focus on transparency, quality, and compliance. We are looking for Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High level of integrity and accountability. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Results‑oriented and strong attention to detail while maintaining a big‑picture perspective.
