Data Entry Agent

Our client Facility Services Management is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Agent to support daily administrative and operational functions. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to service requests, client accounts, and vendor activities. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
• Process and track work orders, service requests, and invoices
• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies for correction
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
• Assist with data cleanup, audits, and quality assurance checks
• Generate basic reports and provide data support to internal teams
• Communicate with team members to clarify or verify information
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data
• Support general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
