Job Description Job Description Job Title: Skilled Interior Renovation Crew Member – Full-Time Company: Renewed Homes Construction Location: Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas (within a 45-minute radius of downtown) About Us Renewed Homes Construction is a full-service residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations. We handle projects from start to finish with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are expanding our crew and looking for skilled, well-rounded renovation professionals to join our growing team. Position Overview We are seeking experienced interior renovation professionals with a minimum of 2 years working alongside contractors in remodeling projects . Applicants must be skilled in at least carpentry and drywall , with painting experience as a strong requirement. The more skills you bring—such as flooring, electrical, plumbing, tile, or finish work—the higher your earning potential. This is not a position for single-trade specialists (e.g., plumbing-only or electrical-only). We are looking for versatile crew members who can perform multiple trades to professional standards. Pay & Benefits Base Pay: $25/hour for entry level skilled carpenters Top Pay: Up to $40/hour for well-rounded individuals skilled in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time (40 hours/week, overtime available) Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior residential remodeling Skilled in carpentry, drywall, and painting (minimum requirement) Additional skills in electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile, trim, and other trades are highly valued Must have reliable transportation Ability to travel to job sites within 45 minutes of downtown Pittsburgh in any direction Professional experience working with other contractors— DIY/homeowner-only experience does not qualify Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Overtime available based on project needs Company Description Renewed Homes Construction is a full-service residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations.
