Wieland is hiring an Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing territory sales volume and profit margin by seeking out and establishing new business relationships and maintain relationships with key existing accounts in the territory. The role is located in the Midwest.

Base Salary Range: $76,000 to $95,000. May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle.

Responsibilities

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan
• Research leads, industries, and markets for potential product use
• Outbound phone calls to set up virtual, and in person visits with leads and customers
• Continuously pursue new business opportunities/quotes, and build a strong sales pipeline
• Develop a complete understanding of all products and services provided by Wieland Metal Services
• Partner with inside sales to provide accurate sales quotes for leads and key accounts.
• Achieve agreed upon sales booking & billing targets for assigned accounts/territory
• Coordinate with management, inside sales, operations, and supply chain on material needs and sales order fulfillment.
• Effective use of CRM tools to keep track of customer relationships and provide detailed information regarding accounts
• Provide real world data and market trends based upon industry knowledge and customer feedback
• Identify new and existing competitors and consistently monitor their activity.
