We are seeking a kind, engaging, and highly skilled homeschool tutor to become a consistent part of a student’s educational team. The student has a wonderfully supportive family that is deeply invested in his homeschool journey and committed to finding an educator who is an excellent match for his academic needs and learning style.
The student has diagnoses of ADHD, autism, and dyslexia and benefits from individualized instruction, clear structure, and executive-functioning support. He is working primarily at the 7th–8th grade level, with writing skills reaching into the 9th-grade level.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strong, versatile educator who is comfortable providing support across content areas while helping the student develop effective systems, routines, organizational strategies, study habits, and greater independence.
Schedule and Location:
- Mondays and Wednesdays
- Approximately two hours per session
- Flexible timing
- In-person in Lewisville, NC
