Position: Sales Training Consultant

Company:

Location: 100% Remote

1. Key purpose of the role (describes why the role exists): Responsible for the implementation, facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement of sales learning solutions that enhance the effectiveness of Client's sales organization. The role focuses on equipping sales professionals with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to successfully position and sell Client's evolving portfolio of digital services, cloud solutions, workflow automation, cybersecurity, information management, and other strategic offerings. The Training Consultant leverages prior frontline sales experience and proven sales success to deliver practical, results-oriented training programs that drive quota attainment, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities (These are critical make or break areas, which define the scope of work):

Program Delivery & Execution

• Responsible for delivering sales onboarding, core sales curriculum, leadership training, product training, and specialized sales development programs across Client USA.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for sales representatives, account executives, sales managers, and enterprise sales teams.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs to ensure they are aligned with business objectives, sales strategies, and evolving market requirements.
• Ensure participant feedback, observation, and business performance metrics.
• Interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution of learning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training documentation, attendance records, assessments, and reporting requirements.

Experience

Skill Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota attainment history.
3. Proven track record in prospecting, pipeline management, account development, and revenue generation.
4. Experience structuring and closing complex B2B solution sales opportunities.
5. Minimum 2+ years of corporate sales training, coaching, or sales enablement experience preferred.
6. Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and enterprise sales processes.
7. Understanding of cloud solutions, digital workflows, cybersecurity, information management, managed services, and digital transformation solutions.
8. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to analyze training effectiveness and recommend performance improvements.
12. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, virtual training platforms, and learning management systems.
