The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the detail and drive of the club and net memberships. You sit in the driver's seat and drive a team of meticulous and dedicated individuals who consistently strive for perfection by maintaining the club with purpose and attention to detail. You will develop a well-rounded culture, focusing on retaining members through team inspiration and delight in the details. You lead your team down a path of excellence and success while delighting new members, tackling goals with drive, intensity, and passion by demonstrating the following qualities:Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesCollaboration with General Manager on business operations and lead facility during their absenceDrive sales and operational goals while monitoring and reporting KPIsManage revenue streams, retail products and lead membership initiatives/special eventsOversee equipment maintenance and inventoryManage facility maintenance including pool, spa, and amenitiesAddress behavioral incidentsAdditional responsibilities as neededStaff/Faculty ManagementHandle staffing, recruitment, training, retention strategies and conduct/implement team training programsCommunicate and uphold company policies, including maintenance of CPR certifications, proper uniform requirements, etc., while fostering a positive team cultureOversee employee benefits administrationOperational Management/SystemsExecute daily, weekly, and monthly club auditsManage team cleaning schedules (11 AM, 2 PM, 4 PM, and 6 PM) and ensure completionInventory management and purchasing proceduresHandle staffing schedules, time-off requests, and payroll administrationOversee various software systems including ABC, MXM, and CORECoordinate for marketing requestsManagement of incident reporting system and emergency proceduresTimely reporting of monthly operations management recapMembership ManagementKnowledge of membership agreements/policies including corporate memberships and insurance-based memberships such as Silver Sneakers, RenewActive and PHPs,Oversee payment processing of membershipsEnsure proper use of the tour programPerformance MetricsDaily Sales KPI MinimumsClub - PersonalCalls - 150 - 40Booked - 15 - 6Shows - 12 - 4Closed - 10 - 3Referrals - 2:1 - 2:13-Pack Attachment - 20% - 20%Daily Operations KPI MinimumsClubMXM Cleanliness - 8.6
