Master SchedulerWe have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Master Scheduler works in the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure we manage the operations and complete required deliverables to support the customer's mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide.Responsibilities:You will provide a variety of multi-disciplined management services to support the overall program, various customer Portfolio and associated Product Teams.You are responsible for providing, maintaining, and supporting common tools and processes that enable the Government to track and manage individual projects.You will employ comprehensive management functions to ensure a systematic approach to IT project management, coordinating with assigned Government representatives for project execution and documentation.The Master Scheduler will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the integrated master schedule for all operational elements of this effort.Key to this role is to establish and maintain structured processes to engage with Product Teams throughout the entire product life cycle from initial planning through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring early and continuous Enterprise Operations involvement.The Master Scheduler will facilitate regular collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align operational requirements, deployment timelines, and prioritiesEducation and Experience:The following are the education and experience required for this position:6+ yearsBachelor's in IT or related fieldPMI-SP desired CertificationSecret Security ClearancePreferred Requirements:ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s)Physical Requirements:This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:Sitting for long periodsStanding for long periodsAmbulate throughout an officeAmbulate between several buildingsStoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as requiredRepeatedly lift and carry weight up to 40 poundsTravel by land or air transportation 10%About Empower AIAll hiring and promotion decisions at Empower AI are based on merit to bring the best talent available to contribute to our firm's overall success.
