Regional Safety Supervisor

Rochester, MN (Multi-Site Coverage in Southern & Central MN) Food & Beverage Manufacturing A multi-site Food & Beverage manufacturing organization is seeking a Multi-Site Safety Supervisor to lead safety programs across two Minnesota facilities. This is a newly created role supporting increased focus on safety, compliance, and training within a regulated production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys being on the plant floor, working independently, and building consistent safety standards across multiple sites. What You’ll Do Lead and strengthen site-level safety culture and OSHA compliance Own and improve Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Machine Guarding programs Standardize PPE programs across both facilities Manage OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and documentation Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis Develop and deliver safety training and orientation programs Partner closely with HR and Operations leadership Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training Conduct audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions Support emergency response and regulatory inspections What We’re Looking For Safety experience in Food & Beverage or other regulated manufacturing environments Strong working knowledge of: OSHA compliance and recordkeeping LOTO, machine guarding, and electrical safety Incident investigation and root cause analysis Experience developing and delivering safety training Comfortable working autonomously with remote leadership Familiarity with Minnesota safety regulations is a plus Exposure to ergonomics and compliance audits preferred Up to 50% travel between two Minnesota manufacturing sites Facilities are approximately 2.5 hours apart Travel is primarily regional and expected to decrease over time #J-18808-Ljbffr iRiS Recruiting Solutions
