Apartment Maintenance Technician – Sanford, NC

Pay: $21–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a residential community in Sanford, NC . The ideal candidate will have strong general maintenance skills and the ability to support daily operations, turnovers, and grounds care.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and general residential maintenance
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic repair tasks
• Assist with apartment turnovers/make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances when needed
• Maintain grounds and common areas (trash removal, light landscaping, exterior upkeep)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements:

• Apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform general household repairs
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work the full M–F 8–5 schedule
