Pay & Benefits

Base salary starting at approximately $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience
Attainable monthly bonus and year-end Super Sales bonus opportunities

Who We Are

Founded in 2009, Sterling Restaurants owns the original Moe's in Atlanta and has grown into the largest Moe's franchisee, operating nearly 90 restaurants across seven states. Developing people and running great restaurants are at the heart of our business. Our culture is the energy behind every "Welcome to Moe's!"

What You'll Lead

As General Manager, you'll own your restaurant's daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.

Build your team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members. Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
Run great shifts: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Deliver welcoming service: Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and turn feedback into improvements.
Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
Grow the business: Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
