Fixed Operations ManagerLocation: Clarksburg / Fairmont, WV Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewA well-established automotive dealership is seeking a high-level Fixed Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the dealership's Service and Parts operations. This position will play a key role in driving overall fixed operations profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term departmental growth.The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive leader with strong financial and operational knowledge who can develop teams, improve processes, analyze performance, and hold department leadership accountable to results.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall strategic leadership for the dealership's Service and Parts operationsOversee departmental profitability, revenue growth, expense management, and overall financial performanceEstablish performance goals, KPIs, budgets, and operational strategiesAnalyze financial statements and departmental performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, service traffic, parts sales, and overall fixed operations revenueLead, mentor, and develop department managers and leadership personnelEstablish accountability standards and monitor performance against departmental objectivesEvaluate staffing, organizational structure, compensation, and productivity to maximize departmental performanceEnsure effective processes are in place for customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair operationsOversee parts inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and profitabilityPartner with dealership leadership on strategic planning and overall business performanceEnsure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and applicable regulationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across fixed operationsMonitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies to improve the overall customer experienceReview and approve departmental processes, policies, and proceduresAssist with recruiting, developing, and retaining top-performing personnelServe as a senior leadership resource for operational issues, performance challenges, and business decisionsQualifications8+ years of progressive automotive dealership management experience preferredSignificant experience in Service, Parts, and/or Fixed Operations leadershipProven track record of managing profitable automotive fixed operationsStrong understanding of dealership financial statements, departmental KPIs, and profitability metricsDemonstrated ability to lead managers and develop high-performing teamsStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational dataExperience with budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and strategic planningStrong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to lead through change and implement operational improvementsStrong customer service focus with a results-oriented leadership styleProficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
