What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Evaluate and document treatment outcomes and modify services as needed
• Provide consultation, counseling, and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate regularly with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and treatment plans
• Complete comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate electronic records
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education
• Supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists when applicable
• Adhere to ASHA and state licensure standards and ethics

What You Need

• Valid state license to practice as an SLP
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
