JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their spa experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, and common areas . Stock towels, linens, beverages, amenities, and spa supplies as needed throughout the day. Assist guests with amenities to ensure comfort and ease of use. Monitor guest flow and communicate with reception and service providers to maintain smooth operations. Handle minor guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Support team members by collecting used linens, and assisting with general upkeep. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines in compliance with pool and regulatory standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or spa/wellness environments is a plus.

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort. Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Dependability, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
