Enterprise Account Manager: Growth & Renewal Leader
Firstup
Firstup is seeking an Account Manager to own an existing book of business, renew, upsell, and expand revenue within enterprise accounts. You will build executive relationships, identify whitespace, and develop strategic plans to meet retention and growth objectives across the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams, deliver value-driven reviews, and maintain accurate forecasts using SFDC and Clari, applying MEDDPICC to complex sales cycles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Firstup
