Required Skills: Proven experience coordinating marketing programs, events, and campaigns Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency in Salesforce, Sendoso, 6Sense, LinkedIn Navigator, Splash, Slack, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and grammar accuracy Ability to work with vendors and coordinate logistics effectively Demonstrated initiative and sense of urgency in task completion Nice to Have Skills: Experience with technical bootcamps, webcasts, or in-person event logistics Knowledge of regional marketing hubs and targeted regional campaigns Familiarity with contract management and POs processes Experience with reporting and analytics in Salesforce or similar tools Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally in technology or software industries Other Requirements: This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones Ability to engage in occasional regional event coordination and virtual meetings No travel required, but flexibility to attend virtual or regional events as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
