LPN – Every Other Weekend | The Carolina Inn – Fayetteville, NC

$24.00/hr + shift differentials

Part-time / Every other weekend — 12-hour day shift (7am–7pm) or 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am)

We are licensed for 100 beds with a census of 83 residents across four floors, and we maintain the highest licensed nurse-to-resident ratio of any assisted living community in the Fayetteville area. That ratio is not a slogan — it is why our nurses can give residents real attention instead of racing a call board.

Schedule & pay

• Every other weekend — Saturday and Sunday
• 7:00am – 7:00pm (12-hour day) or 7:00pm – 7:00am (12-hour night)
• $24.00/hr + shift differentials
• Predictable rotation — half your weekends are always yours

What you'll do

• Serve as the licensed nurse for your floor — medication administration, treatments, and clinical oversight
• Supervise and support the CNAs and Med Aides on your shift
• Monitor residents and document changes in condition
• Communicate with families, physicians, and the care team
• Chart accurately and maintain compliance with NC adult care home regulations

What we need from you

• Current, unencumbered NC LPN license (NC Board of Nursing)
• Availability for every-other-weekend 12-hour shifts
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to lead a shift
• A genuine respect for the dignity of the residents in your care
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred, not required
