Job Title: CNA Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Ellendale ND

Duration: 13 Weeks

Hours: 36 Hours Weekly

Shift: Variable Days 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation:

• Traveler Pay: $24$26/hr ($828 $897/week) based on experience
• Local Pay: $21$23/hr ($724 $793/week) based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Long Term Care (LTC) experience to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort dignity and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Support patient mobility transfers and repositioning to help prevent pressure injuries
• Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respirations
• Assist residents with feeding hydration and monitoring dietary intake
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain infection control standards including proper PPE usage and hand hygiene
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and patient care needs
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications:

• Active North Dakota CNA License
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTC environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
