Operations Specialist – Job Summary We are seeking an individual eager to lead our teller line as an Operations Specialist. This role involves ensuring compliance, providing accurate financial transactions, and helping a team of tellers deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant. Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions to customers. Receive deposits, cash checks, and issue withdrawals. Record deposits and maintain accurate transaction records. Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties. Take responsibility for managing the vault. Serve as the face of the bank, delivering the best banking experience, assisting customers, and building strong customer relationships. Qualifications Prior teller or cash‑handling experience. Impeccable attention to detail. Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service. Ability to check tasks off the list and ensure everything is in its place. Motivation to lead and support a team in a retail banking environment. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
