Day Youth Program Leader - Palmer Summer Art Camp

Youth Program Leader – Palmer Summer Art Program Conference and Institutes is seeking Youth Program Leaders for the Palmer Summer Art Program to be held July13–July24,2026. Responsibilities Provide 24‑hour supervision and ensure the safety of minors participating in the program. Manage all aspects of daily program administration, including compliance with youth policies, emergency response, and direct communication with the Program Director and Program Manager. Handle medication collection, storage, verification, and oversight of participant health information. Assist with the development of instructional content and deliver lessons and activities. Monitor the safety, whereabouts, and actions of program participants at all times, including non‑instructional periods. Identify and respond to behavioral, mental‑health or acclimation issues, and act quickly and calmly when necessary. Follow notification protocols and handle sensitive issues or information with sound judgment. Qualifications PA State Police Criminal Background Check. PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form.
