Are you ready to make a difference?Job SummaryThe Sourcing & Contract Manager is responsible for leading sourcing, procurement, and contract management activities that support the organization's strategic and operational objectives. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to procure products, services, and professional services while mitigating supplier-related risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position manages the end-to-end sourcing process, negotiates contracts and commercial terms, and drives value through cost savings, supplier performance, stakeholder satisfaction and risk management. As a trusted advisor, the Sourcing & Contract Manager collaborates across business functions to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, and deliver effective procurement solutions aligned to business needs. Additionally, the role leverages market intelligence and industry insights to support informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process, including RFx activities, supplier evaluation and selection, and purchasing/negotiation strategy execution.Develop, review, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts, master level agreements, statements of work, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify requirements, provide procurement guidance, and deliver cost-effective solutions that balance business needs and organizational objectives.Assess and mitigate supplier-related risks by collaborating with due diligence partners such as Legal & Compliance, Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, and other key partners to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.Drive supplier performance, cost savings, and process improvements by utilizing market intelligence, supplier competition, analyzing data and trends, and recommending strategic sourcing opportunities.Skills and Background You’ll NeedEducation: High School Diploma required.
