Propósito de la clase de trabajo (Naturaleza del trabajo) En los Departamentos de Salud Mental y Servicios de Adicción y en el centro de atención para niños y familias, esta clase es responsable de dirigir y supervisar una unidad clínica de varios turnos. Ejemplos de deberes Programa, asigna y supervisa el trabajo de una unidad de múltiples turnos, incluyendo la supervisión directa de todos los turnos Participa en el desarrollo de metas y objetivos de la unidad Desarrolla procedimientos y políticas de la unidad Asegura el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y políticas de la unidad Asiste en el reclutamiento, selección, capacitación y desarrollo del personal Desarrolla descripciones de trabajo basadas en competencias para el personal de la unidad Asegura que el personal de la unidad reciba la capacitación adecuada Realiza evaluaciones de desempeño, determina prioridades y planifica, coordina y supervisa las actividades de la unidad Asegura la comunicación entre turnos entre el personal Desarrolla relaciones y actúa como enlace con otras unidades operativas, agencias y funcionarios externos Participa como miembro de un equipo interdisciplinario para desarrollar, evaluar y monitorear programas Coordina reuniones del equipo interdisciplinario Colabora y dirige cualquier tratamiento alternativo necesario Monitorea y rastrea la atención al cliente para asegurar la calidad, efectividad y puntualidad de la atención a los pacientes y el tiempo requerido de tratamiento Facilita la interpretación bilingüe según sea necesario Identifica barreras y ayuda a desarrollar estrategias El Supervisor de Unidad de Salud Conductual en el Estado de Connecticut en Middletown, CT, es responsable de desarrollar estrategias para mejorar la atención al cliente, preparar informes, realizar tareas de atención clínica directa y redactar planes de tratamiento para los clientes. Experiencia coordinando servicios clínicos en una unidad clínica de múltiples turnos.
