Senior Revenue AccountantOur client is an organization in the Washington County area that's looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, organized, and analytical. This position is hybrid.The salary for this position is $77K – $102K.The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Assist with annual audit requests by preparing and providing supporting documentationContribute to accounting policy development, internal controls, system enhancements, and process improvement initiativesPartner with sales, project managers, plant finance, and other business teams to support revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting processesManage revenue recognition models, deferred revenue schedules, and accrued revenue schedules to ensure accurate revenue reportingAnalyze customer contracts and project activity to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting tasks in a timely and accurate mannerThe Senior Revenue Accountant will possess the following:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred4+ years of related accounting experienceProficiency in accounting software, with Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus; advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisHighly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesEqual Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
