Trial Delivery Management (Base)

Trial Delivery Manager role at ICON focused on leading clinical trial project delivery in a sponsor-dedicated model. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders while ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through completion
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required
