Housekeeper & Restroom AttendantEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Sanitize and maintain guest and team member restrooms before, during, and after eventsService and clean guest suites prior to event start or client arrivalAssist Venue Operations with room openings and turnovers as neededLocate, prepare, and steam linens for event setupEnsure a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment at all timesReplenish restroom supplies including paper products, hand soap, sanitizer, and C-fold towelsKeep restroom counters, sinks, and floors neat, dry, and free of debrisMaintain stocked and organized supply cabinets in designated restroomsComplete the housekeeping checklist after each restroom service for trackingQualifications, Skills, and Abilities:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior hospitality or event experience preferredGood verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively with guests and team membersPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push, pull, load, and unload up to 80 lbsRegular, punctual attendance requiredManual dexterity to handle supplies and equipmentAbility to stand, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
