Make an impact supporting students’ growth and development by providing essential occupational therapy services in a school-based setting. This contract opportunity is designed for an engaged and compassionate Occupational Therapist eager to work directly with students and collaborate with educators and families.

What you’ll bring:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in California
• Previous experience working within a school environment or with pediatric clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to individual student needs
• Commitment to providing in-person therapy services
• Reliability and a flexible approach to daily challenges

Your key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, in-person OT sessions for students, both individually and in group settings
• Implement and document student treatment plans based on IEP goals and district requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams, teachers, and family members
• Conduct assessments, generate progress notes, and participate in student meetings
• Offer insights and strategies to support students’ participation in educational activities
• Help create safe, accessible classroom environments tailored to diverse learners
