We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team of Açaistas and create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our smoothie and açaí bowl shop—from leading and developing the team to maintaining fresh ingredients, delivering beautifully made bowls and smoothies, managing inventory, and driving store sales.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food environment, leads by example, and knows how to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees. You’ll play an important role in building our team, our customer community, and our local brand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all daily shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service, especially during busy rushes.
• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment where customers receive friendly, fast, and consistent service.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Açaistas while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure smoothies, açaí bowls, and other menu items are prepared accurately and consistently according to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• Manage inventory of fresh fruit, açaí, toppings, smoothie ingredients, packaging, and store supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Monitor product levels, place orders, manage deliveries, and ensure ingredients are properly stored and rotated.
• Manage employee scheduling and staffing to provide appropriate coverage while effectively managing labor costs.
• Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, sales reporting, opening and closing procedures, and other daily operational responsibilities.
• Track store performance and identify opportunities to increase sales, improve profitability, and encourage repeat visits.
• Help maintain the shop’s social media presence by capturing and posting engaging content featuring products, team members, specials, and in-store moments.
• Support local marketing efforts, promotions, partnerships, and community events that help build awareness and drive traffic to the shop.
• Engage with customers both in-store and through social media to help build a strong local following.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism, warmth, and a customer-first mindset.
• Lead by example—whether that means jumping on the line during a rush, prepping ingredients, welcoming customers, or supporting a team member.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a smoothie shop, juice bar, café, quick-service restaurant, fast-casual restaurant, or similar food-service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Experience managing food inventory, ordering, waste, labor, and store-level budgets.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling of fresh and frozen ingredients.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, scheduling, and daily operational procedures.
• Comfortable using social media and capturing simple, engaging content for the shop.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm, positive, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency and presentation.
• A customer-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for creating a welcoming shop experience.
• Willingness to be hands-on and work alongside the team when needed.
• Passion for smoothies, açaí bowls, fresh ingredients, and building a fun, health-conscious brand is a plus.
