Temporary Summer Operations Help

M thru F, 7:30 to 3:30 Other times dependent on special events like in-person registration Morton East, West, and FC Pay Rate: $17.50 Reports to: Assistant Principal of Operations

Job Goal: To provide office support to the Operations Department

Qualifications:

• Proficiency and experience with technology (computers, iPad, scanner and copier equipment)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel programs
• Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, in person and electronically with parents, students, and staff
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred, though not required
• Available to work during the months of May through August

Performance Responsibilities:

• Scan multiple documents and save information into a single file quickly and accurately
• Ability to navigate a student management system, including accessing and inputting information into the student database
• Input basic information into Microsoft Excel worksheets and type materials as requested
• Inspect and verify documents to ensure that the requested specifications, quality standards and quantity requirements are met efficiently
• Maintain equipment (copiers and scanners) and work areas (restocking paper, clearing paper jams) to ensure a safe working environment and availability of items within a specific time frame
• Provide other office support as assigned by the Assistant Principal of Operations
• Flexibility to travel to any District 201 campus
