Principal AI/ML Engineer

To develop and maintain scalable AI/ML systems and features, the remote Principal AI/ML Engineer will build and deploy Generative AI capabilities, design agentic AI systems for compliance workflows, and integrate evaluation frameworks into production environments.
Key responsibilities

Build and deploy Generative AI features using foundation models and optimize inference pipelines for latency and cost
Design agentic AI systems for compliance workflows, document review, and multi-step reasoning tasks
Operate end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including deployment systems, monitoring, and rollback workflows

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or related roles
3+ years of experience building NLP/generative AI applications and implementing MLOps in production
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Production-level experience with Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and MLOps practices
