Job Summary The OE Specialist – Employee Engagement, Branding and Communication is a role focused on employee engagement, internal communication, and employer branding across TSMC Arizona. The Specialist coordinates events, creates compelling storytelling content, and strengthens the employer brand and employee value proposition through graphic design, video production, social media, and internal communications. The Specialist also supports the company’s employee value programs – the benefits, recognition, and engagement offerings that make up the employee experience – helping to communicate and promote them so employees understand and make the most of what the company offers. Applying solid project-management skills, the Specialist keeps programs organized, on schedule, and executed on time. This is primarily office-based work directly related to TSMC Arizona’s general business operations – program coordination, content creation, communication, and employer-branding support across engagement and value-program initiatives. The incumbent exercises discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance: shaping storytelling and communication content and messaging, determining how to position and promote the employer brand and employee value programs, deciding how to design and deploy surveys and interpret their inputs, and identifying which stakeholders and partners must be engaged to deliver programs on time. Essential Functions Employee Engagement (40%) Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and experiences end to end – planning, logistics, vendor and material management, scheduling, and on-site execution – to deliver well-run programs on time. Design, deploy, and analyze employee engagement surveys and feedback channels, interpreting results to surface insights and recommend actions that improve the employee experience. Support and promote the company's employee value programs – recognition, well-being, and engagement offerings – so employees understand and make the most of what the company offers. Build and maintain relationships with employees and cross-functional stakeholders to foster a positive, connected, and inclusive workplace culture. Plan and track engagement initiatives to timely completion, maintaining timelines, task lists, and action-item logs across concurrent programs, and escalating risks and dependencies as needed. Employer Branding (30%) Develop and strengthen the employer brand and employee value proposition, creating content and campaigns that reflect the company's culture and values across internal and external channels. Produce and manage graphic design and video content – from concept through editing and delivery – to support employer-branding and recruitment-marketing campaigns. Manage and grow social media channels, developing storytelling content that showcases programs, culture, and employee experiences to attract and engage talent. Apply brand guidelines and voice consistently so all employer-branding and recruitment-marketing content stays cohesive and on-message. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business units to align employer-branding activities with hiring needs and company priorities, keeping work on schedule. Internal Communication (30%) Draft, format, distribute, and manage internal communications – announcements, newsletters, and program updates – ensuring clear, consistent, and on-brand messaging. Create compelling storytelling content that communicates programs, culture, and employee experiences across internal channels (e.g., intranet/SharePoint, newsletters, digital signage). Maintain content and communication calendars, digital and physical assets, and communication records so materials are organized, current, and easy to reuse. Tailor tone, format, and channel to employee audiences, and measure reach, engagement, and sentiment to assess and improve communication effectiveness. Communicate status, timelines, and messaging clearly and proactively to stakeholders and leadership, coordinating approvals and inputs to deliver on schedule. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 0-2 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, employer branding, event/program coordination, or a related role; relevant internship or academic project experience considered. Demonstrated content-creation ability, including storytelling, graphic design, and/or video production, with a portfolio or work samples. Experience in planning and coordinating events, schedules, or programs and following through on logistics to completion. Experience preparing clear communications, presentations, or program materials. A content portfolio is required for review as part of the selection process. Technical Skills Content-creation and storytelling skills across writing, graphic design, and video, with hands- on capability to produce on-brand internal communications and employer-branding content (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere – Canva, or similar tools). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, consistent, on-brand messaging and internal communications for varied audiences and channels. Employer-branding and social media skills, including developing and managing content and campaigns that reflect the company’s brand and employee value proposition across internal and external channels. Editorial and campaign-planning skills: managing content calendars, communication schedules, and campaigns through to on-time delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. Familiarity with internal communication channels and content platforms (e.g., intranet/SharePoint, newsletters, digital signage) and with social media and survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms) used to publish and measure engagement. Ability to apply brand guidelines and voice consistently, tailoring tone and format to employee audiences while maintaining a cohesive employer brand. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Physical Requirements Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment for prolonged periods of time. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, reach, bend, and carry light objects, including event and program materials and equipment. May require occasional travel to company sites or other meetings that involve walking through office, industrial or construction environments. Preferred Qualifications/Requirements Experience supporting internal communications, employee engagement, and employer-branding programs in a corporate environment. Advanced graphic design and video production skills, including motion graphics or short-form video for social media. Familiarity with employer-brand and internal-communications measurement (e.g., engagement, reach, and sentiment metrics) to assess content impact. Experience managing social media channels and developing employer-branding and recruitment-marketing content that strengthens the employee value proposition. Experience in the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or a large-scale, fast-growing organization. Familiarity with project-management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, Asana). Relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., SHRM, PRSA/APR, HootSuite/social media, or communications/design credentials).
