Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with advanced credentials such as CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record in roles such as CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or Interim CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and experience in leading organizations through periods of change, growth, or transition. The role demands a hands-on financial leader with the ability to evaluate and improve financial processes and internal controls, and who can effectively manage a finance team to ensure long-term success.
