Senior Project Manager – Civil/Site Engineering
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil/site engineering projects and oversee a high-performing team in our Indianapolis office. This leadership role combines project management, client development, and team mentorship while driving project success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals.
- Manage multiple civil/site projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and profitability.
- Perform final quality assurance and quality control reviews on project deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, hiring, and staff development initiatives.
- Mentor Project Managers and support team growth and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering and project management experience.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex civil/site projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and client management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
