Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room
• Collaborate with medical professionals to assess and implement treatment plans
• Monitor and manage patient conditions using specialized equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner system
• Adapt to various sections within the ED, offering flexibility and teamwork

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Valid RN license
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC (within 90 days)
• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center or similar high-volume ED
• Strong teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time feedback
