Senior Tooling Technician

Faith Technologies is seeking a Senior Tooling Technician to support our construction and electrical projects by managing, maintaining, and optimizing specialized tools and equipment. In this role, you will oversee tool inventory, perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs, coordinate calibration and safety inspections, and support field teams with timely tooling solutions. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field leaders to plan tooling needs for complex projects. This position also mentors junior technicians, promotes safe work practices, and helps drive continuous improvement in tooling reliability and efficiency.
