Senior Project Designer (Architecture)

THE ROLE
As a Senior Project Designer, you'll lead design on your own slate of projects — steering concepts through construction documents, keeping clients delighted, and making sure the details actually hold up in the real world. You'll team up with Studio Directors, and you'll be a go-to mentor for the designers around you. Your focus: residential-driven design — multifamily, mixed-use, low-, mid-, and high-density housing, plus student and senior housing.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Owning the design process on your projects, start to finish Teaming up with Directors and Project Managers to keep things on time, on budget, and code-compliant Mentoring studio members and helping them level up Leading client meetings and design reviews with confidence (and good energy) Guiding renderings, models, and presentations that make ideas click Jumping into proposals and pitches when a great new project comes knockingWHAT YOU BRING
