Role Description This full-time, on-site Retail Jewelry Sales Associate position is based in Greater Sacramento. The role involves assisting customers in selecting fine jewelry, providing a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for offering expert advice, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a welcoming and visually appealing retail environment. Qualifications Desire to Help: A desire to help our customers celebrate special moments Experience: Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience Availability: Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Customer Focus: A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience Communication Skills: Strong communication and relational skills Retail Experience: Minimum two years' retail experience in fine jewelry and timepieces.
