This individual will be part of a yard crew responsible for safely and efficiently moving, organizing and assisting in the production of precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.Job Responsibilities* Operate industrial forklift and loader to transport inventory, unload incoming stock and load orders* Pull and stage orders for shipment* Load customer trucks based on ship tickets* Push aggregate material utilizing a loader* Complete weekly equipment inspections* Keep area safe, clean and organized* Interface with customer service, technical service, and delivery personnel* Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob Requirements* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent* At least 2 years experience operating heavy equipment preferred* Experience operating forklifts with > 18k lb. capacity* Prior experience utilizing loaders is preferred* Knowledge of basic math and measurements* Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the dayWhat CRH Offers You* Highly competitive base pay* Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs* Group retirement savings program* Health and wellness programs* An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
