Job Summary: The Route Sales and Service Representative combines delivery, customer service, and sales to service Jordan Valley Healths commercial customers and help grow the JVH commercial laundry business. Key Responsibilities: Delivers clean laundry, linens, and rental products to commercial customers. Picks up soiled laundry and used rental inventory. Maintains accurate customer stock levels and delivery quantities. Builds strong relationships with customers. Provides excellent customer service and communicates service concerns to management. Identifies opportunities to add products or services to existing accounts. Identifies and develops potential new commercial customers. Completes delivery paperwork accurately. Keeps the delivery vehicle clean and organized. Assists with laundry operations when needed. Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Centers ability to meet its goals and objectives. Attains all agreed to goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the Centers overall mission. Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment. Promotes the education and development of students, interns, residents, apprentices, and other new staff by sharing expertise, responding to questions, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment All other duties as assigned.
